Tech Confidence for the Next Generation

Fun, hands-on workshops that teach kids and teens how to use today's technology safely, smartly, and creatively. Built for schools, churches, and community groups who want real-world digital skills taught with patience and care.

Why These Skills Matter Right Now

Today's kids are growing up with more technology than any generation before them — AI tools, social media, endless information, and constant connection. But most of them have never been taught how to use it wisely. They pick up habits from friends, YouTube, and trial and error.

That gap is exactly what these workshops fill.

Every session is built around the real choices kids face every day

What's safe to share online? How do you spot misinformation? Can you trust what an AI tells you? What does a good digital footprint actually look like? Students leave with practical answers — and the confidence to make smart calls on their own.

Five Workshops to Choose From

Every workshop is hands-on, age-appropriate, and taught in plain English — no lectures, no jargon, and no talking down to students. Pick the topic that fits your group, or combine a few into a series.

Youth Tech Discovery

A fun, beginner-friendly session for younger learners or mixed-age groups. Students explore the tech they use every day — devices, apps, accounts, and online habits — and build the foundation of digital confidence they'll use at school and at home.

Best for: Ages 8–12 · First-timers · Mixed-age groups

Level Up Your Future

A workshop focused on judgment and decision-making in a digital world. Students learn to evaluate online information, spot misinformation, think through consequences before posting or clicking, and build the problem-solving muscles they'll lean on in school, work, and life.

Best for: Ages 12+ · Teens preparing for high school and beyond · Leadership groups

AI Discovery Session

A hands-on introduction to artificial intelligence for kids and teens. Students learn what AI actually is, how it works, and how to use it responsibly. They experiment with age-appropriate tools while learning the basics of safety, ethics, and creative thinking — so they're using AI, not being used by it.

Best for: Ages 10+ · Curious students · Groups ready for a deeper dive

Prompt Queens

A creative AI workshop designed especially for girls. Students learn how to write powerful prompts for AI art, writing, and storytelling — turning tools they've heard about into ones they can actually use. It's fun, expressive, and confidence-building — perfect for encouraging girls to take the lead in tech spaces.

Best for: Ages 10+ · Girls-focused groups · Creative and STEM programs

Social Media Smarts

A practical, real-world workshop on how to stay safe and think clearly online. We cover privacy settings, digital footprints, cyberbullying, viral trends, and how to make smart choices when social platforms are designed to pull you in. Students walk away with habits they can actually use.

Best for: Ages 11+ · Middle school and up · Parent-requested favorite

How Booking Works

Getting a workshop on the calendar is simple.

1 — Free Planning Call

We talk about what's going on, what you need, and what's slowing you down. No pressure. No sales pitch.

2 — Pick Your Workshop

I lay out your options in plain English — what it'll take, what it'll cost, and how long it'll take. You pick what makes sense.

3 — Show Up Ready to Learn

I come to you (or host at my space), bring everything needed, and lead the session. Your only job is helping the kids have a great time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What ages do you work with? Most workshops are designed for ages 8 to 17, with content tailored to the group. I'll recommend the right fit during our planning call.

How much does a workshop cost? Pricing depends on the workshop, group size, and whether I travel to you. I'll share a clear quote after our planning call — no surprises.

Do we need to provide computers or tablets? That depends on the workshop. Some sessions work with whatever devices students already use at home or school; others can be run with just a few shared devices or with paper-based activities. I'll spell out what's needed upfront.

Where do you travel? Arlington and the greater DFW area are home base. For groups farther out, a small travel fee may apply — we can talk through it on the call.

Can you customize a workshop for our group? Yes. If your group has a specific theme, skill gap, or event in mind, I'll build a session around it. Some of the best workshops have started with a custom request.

How much prep do we need to do on our end? Very little. I handle the planning, materials, and setup. You provide the space, the students, and a point person to help things run smoothly.

Give your group a tech experience they'll actually remember.

The first step is a free planning call — no pressure, no commitment, just a conversation about what would work best for your kids.
