We start with a free, no-obligation conversation. You tell me what's going on, and I take a look. If I can fix it on the spot, great. If it's more involved, I'll walk you through exactly what's needed and what it will cost — before any work begins.
Step 2 — The Fix
I get to work using whatever approach makes the most sense for you: remotely (you don't have to move a thing), in your home, or a mix of both. I'll keep you in the loop the whole time.
Step 3 — We Talk It Through
Once everything's working, I'll show you what was wrong, what I did, and a few simple things you can do to keep it from happening again. You'll leave with a working computer and a little more confidence.
